Gave them a down payment for a radio and they were not able to get it and have been giving me the run around on getting my down payment back for months.

I took my car there to have a stereo and speakers installed. Paid cash for everything. Took them 4 hours to complete the job. After I left the stereo stopped working. I took it back and they drove it around back. 5 minutes later they bring the car back and said it's fixed. I leave a again as l was relocating to a different city. I realized that during the install that my dashboard had been cracked severely. All the instruments gauges failed to work. 4way flasher's, break lights, stereo, A/C, speedometer, gas gauge etc... not working. It's been garaged every since I moved from Wichita falls Texas. Now I have it being repaired at a Ford dealership and discovered the whole issue was due to improper audio installation. I've had to pay a substantial amount of money to have this issue corrected. Horrible place to do business 😢
Tom & the crew will get you right. I recommended 10/10. These guys are knowledgeable, affordable, and do clean installations.
