Don't buy harnesses from here steady raising prices paid 50 dollars for a radio harness
i'm sorry you had such an awful experience, please come by and we can make things right! $50 for a radio harness seems pretty reasonable, maybe there was some type of miscommunication!
Went into Jays to get some cables and walked out with door speakers, cables and installation. Still cheaper than everywhere else I had shopped. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and were able to dumb down a lot of stuff to help guide my build. I would definitely shop there again!

I brought my 2015 Silverado w/ 54,000 miles that I bought new in 2015 for sum amp installation. I know my truck inside and out. After the install I was instructed to hop in driver seat. I never walked to the passenger side until a couple of weeks later because I don't put hardly any miles on it. I opened the passenger door and saw my carpet is bunched up and cut with the padding sticking out and the rear area wasn't under the sill plate. This is the side they ran wires on. My truck is like new inside and out. I was told they didn't do it because they don't loosen the seat bolts by a salesman who was not in the back watching them work on it that day. How would he know what or wasn't done in the back by the installer. Who did it then?????? It was not like that when i got there to have work done. I waited for the install and wasn't allowed to use the restroom at the place of business that provides a waiting area. One of the workers told me the owner doesn't allow it not even for a customer waiting over 4 hours. What a joke this place is. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! My next call is to the BBB.
so after a few weeks after the install, you find a tear on a random spot in your truck, and i am sorry this happened to you. even though we don't do any work in the area you specified, it looks like we still resolved the issue that you had. We offer Lifetime warranty on the install as well. Also, our bathrooms were out of order for the time being, we had a sign on the door that showed this. You also left out the part where you were very happy with how your music sounded 😄. thank you for your business, our restrooms are now in order if you wanted to stop by!
THE PRICE THEY GIVE YOU TO INSTALL SOME WORK WILL BE TOTALLY DIFFERENT ONCE THE WORK IS DONE!!! Went to get some speakers done the price was told to me was $80 installation once the work was done the price rose to $150 then the speakers wasn't working properly. If you be honest and say let me check it out first you come and once we start working if I incur extra charges I will call you with a additional cost I would understand but they running business the wrong way.
i'm sorry you had such an awful experience here at jays. the base price for installing door speakers is about $80, do you mind providing your receipt so i could help specify to you where any extra charges came from? Also, we apologize for not informing you prior of the extra parts needed to perform the install, our policy states that if there is a $100 increase in the original price, then the customer must be notified before proceeding. This is why you were not notified before hand since there was only a $65 increase for parts and wire. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. DONT GO! Rip offs. Went because my radio wasn't producing sound, wasted my time for over an hour and proceeds to charge me $110 plus tax for nothing fixed. Then I asked for a discount for wasting my time and not fixing anything and he proceeds to raise the price or tell me I can leave. Poor business communication and hurting for money is what this business is, I'll never be back! And half the shift workers look like they are on hard drugs. Should've told me everything I needed to know when I walked in.
We offered to put the $100 diagnose fee towards the install of a new radio, we informed you that the radio you were trying to install was not compatible with the vehicle. your review is very misleading as you expressed no un satisfaction during your visit. It also does not make sense to directly raise the price because you asked for a simple discount. i can confirm this did not happen. Neither did anyone tell you to "leave". 😂 Sorry you were not satisfied with your visit, but please refrain from making malicious reviews as it can truly hurt a business. "hurting for money" because we charged you to re wire your radio 😂
