Very disappointed with their work installing the dash cam. They ran the front dash cam wires clearly in the direct view of the passenger. I sent the car back in and had them route it along the rear view mirror unit. Duh! They then brought the car back out and I realized I needed to do a more thorough review of their work.
My stereo stopped working after my car sat in the garage for 2 weeks. I took my car to Santa Fe audio to get looked at and after me absolutely being stressed out, they ended up fixing it and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
Called to ask about why there would be a 250.00 price difference between their estimate and a competitors.. I was told b/c of the brand of the remote starter and that they solder the connections. 300 in parts and 300 in labor at 100 an hour.

About two years ago my friends gave me a birthday gift for my car ,it was sat up to start my car from inside the house and boy that was the best gift ever and you guys did an excellent job and was so nice it didn't take long to put it in.
They advertised head unit repairs on their website and mine was having issues. I called to confirm and was told they would repair it on-site or through a vendor. So I dropped it off. I got told they couldn't fix it.
Had a complete audio install on an older car. They did a great job on making sure everything looked and sounded great. Had to have some custom speaker boxes made and it all couldn't have went better.

I brought a classic car into the store to revive the speaker system and put in a new head unit. I got the work done I asked for and it looks fantastic, almost like it fits the classic car.
