This place is great, I had a system installed by CSP Audio that was a terrible job so I brought my car in and the technician was very informative on what needed to be done and was reasonable with pricing. When I received my car back it was night and as far as sound quality, and the major thing is they put everything back the way it was. TM Audio earned a lifetime customer this Saturday I can honestly say that

I like supporting black businesses being that I'm from the area. With that being said this whole experience was a nightmare. Dropped my truck off at 10 o'clock am. Called and checked upon the progress around 330. They said they were still working on it. Got a call back around 5 saying that my touch screen wasn't working and they don't know why. Went back up to the shop and yes the tech broke my radio. Next thing they broke was my amp. They said it was no signal. Ok cool stuff happens. After contemplating just walking out the door the guy running the store convinced me to purchase another amp. After purchasing the amp I go back in the shop where the tech was a see smoke bellowing from my speaker box. Yes they burned out my subs too. At this point I was furious. Thinking I would get my subs replaced for free since it was the techs fault I let them install new subs. Long story short I got railroaded and will never shop with these people again!
Poor customer service try to rip you off and charge you more for equipment then it really cost also they want to do the job there way and not yours. If I'm paying for something I want it done my way
I have had 4 radios installed here over a 15-20yr span. Never had any problems with the radios. Never had any wiring messed up. Which is a very big fear with trying someone new. I was completely satisfied. So I stick with what works, so I always go back.💝 I Need another radio!! 😁👍🏾Round 5 coming soon.

Sound quality is scary
Never been here but by reviews, sounds like they do outstanding jobs for people who have likewise spirits as them. They are pick & choosers. Not business minded oriented. I'm highly spiritual so to these ppl, I would come off as slow & aloof. Meanwhile I'm gifted with insight and a high discerning mind. I will bypass. Thanks for the reviews that called shadiness out.
