Claude's shop came highly recommended. He lived up to his billing; in fact, he surpassed all my wants and expectations. My 2015 Ford Edge needed a new Carplay digital, stereo system. He took the time to explain the various stereo systems in which to chose from. And, installing the system presented a few challenges for Claude and his team. The rose to the occasion,, retrofitted my car for the new system and made sure It worked well and trained me on how to use it properly. The service was impeccable. I love my new stereo system. I highly recommend Complete Sound & Audio.
I had some issues with my new speakers and subwoofer after trying to install it with a friend. I researched car audio shops near my work in Midtown and came across Complete Sound & Protection. I stopped by during my lunch break and was welcomed by the owner, Mr. Claude. He was very polite and attentive to my needs. He asked if I had the car and gave me the opportunity to leave the car the very same day for troubleshooting. Unfortunately, I was driving my other car but the next day I dropped my car off, and by the end of the day Mr. Claude called me saying the car was ready for pick up. He not only guided me through the troubleshooting and how he fixed my problem, but also informed about improvements I could do to make my sound system even better and neat. Moreover, the price was very reasonable and way cheaper than other "experienced" shops. Mr. Claude and his crew are definitely my to-go place from now on. Don't let the "simple" look of the establishment or the region fool you, Mr. Claude and his crew provide top notch experinced services!
