Rude and horrible! Had an appointment, confirmed by email, and they claimed he didn't and that "It's my shop and I don't have to do anything." What a way to conduct business! We rescheduled elsewhere

INFESTED my car with ants! And made my car a complete mess with dirt! THOUSANDS OF ANTS! That for sure 110% were not there before! Vary careless for the amount of money I spend there! And had the nerve to tell me "you know you have ants" No sir, your covering your ass!
I'm very sorry for your ant problem but I can assure you it did not come from our shop. We routinely spray for bugs and have never had a problem at this location with ants. If there's anything we can do to help you with your stereo or window tint needs please don't hesitate to ask.
The owner was yelling at a lady in front of other customers. Juat a warning to the ladies, he would not do this to a male.
The owner of this place is a really stand up person. We had an issue with our sound system and while he could have easily upsold us on a new amplifier, he asked us if we could just come back in 20-30 minutes because he wanted to 'try something' to see if he could just fix what we had. Low and behold, 20 minutes later he rewired our current amp and got it working again so we only had to pay the diagnostic fee and we weren't out a few hundred more for a new amp. Just based on that honesty I will bring my vehicles here for any work that I need done.

2024 edit: (the first part is about me, I'm a very happy return customer)...
First of all I have to say I really disappointed with this place according to my back window need to be fixed so I give them a call and check then Ronnie spoke to me on the phone I gave me the price then I let him know I did my tint with him so he told me just come in it won't cost me anything but when I get to the shop and spoke to other guys he said they not do tint from that brand anymore and it will cost me money since they used different brand now but for me it s not about to pay it s about how come you not asked information from customer first before anything and when I come in I got different information and they told me I can called to looking for someone who used that tint brand and they will take care of it which really !!!! Not come back there for sure and sadly all my 3 car did tint with them. So what is that warranty for and how consumer supposed to know how long they going to used the same brand for their tint
So happy I took my car to audio itch. Lonnie and the guys are great. Very patient explaining what I needed and why. This is my second car I've had a few upgrades added to the radio system from audio itch. The first system lasted 8 years till my subwoofer conked out. I'll only bring my cars here as long as they are in the area. I'm very happy for the patience they had with me as i thought I needed much more than I did. But they worked with me to get my system sounding perfect. They put tint on the front windows also. Man that helps keep my car much cooler. I got the clear tint but it still blocks the heat so my visibility is great. Thanks for the recommendation Lonnie! Thanks guys!
