Perhaps other shops may have just mentioned a price, hang up and that's it, or try to book the job for the sake of the sale. I've dealt with many shops over the years of having vehicles customized. This shop takes the cake in all categories. Their pricing is more than fair, communication is on point, their due diligence when it came to making sure the equipment I choose would work properly with my tuned vehicle, and help with troubleshooting problems I had unrelated to them. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my boat in for some upgrades. Top notch service which is hard to come by these days!!

I went to High fidelity because of the reviews I have read. When I entered I was greeted and had questions. Boy did they answer the questions but went beyond and started calling their dealers to find information about my vehicle. They spent about an hour just talking and making calls to distributors and dealers. I had a budget in mind and was old honestly that my budget was low. Well that's ok. They priced me out for what I wanted done and I couldn't be happier with the results. They tuned my sound system to my liking and told me what I needed to do after install. Thanks guys for all your hard work. I will never go anywhere else.

High Fidelity Auto Sport just added ZZ-2 Apple CarPlay to my 2016 Range Rover Sport. I chose them based on other reviews and they didn't disappoint! George did a great install, and Cain diligently walked me through all of it and demonstrated the new functionality. Thanks! Much better than the OEM equipment!
