Sampson installed Apple CarPlay into my Subaru. Several issues complicated the installation; no fault of Sampson. He ended up obtaining a different unit for my car and spent considerable time to insure everything was done right. Sampson and Traffik Jamz went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with their service. Amber (customer service manager) was very communicative to coordinate the appointments and followed up afterwards to confirm things were working properly. I would definitely recommend Traffik Jamz.

The people were rude, charged me $100 more than I was quoted and threatened to refuse me service if I did not stop defending my 78 yo mother to their disrespectful comments and attitude towards her. The also refused to send the paperwork to the dmv as required by law. The location was hard to find, however I communicated to them about having a hard time finding their location and instead of being thankful about keeping them posted about arriving late they throw it in my face and we're extremely rude overcharging and refusing to send paper work to the state. Find another installer for your interlock unit. Dealing with these people will most certainly get you into trouble if you try to defend yourself to them. Buyer be aware!
1st of all, when you come into a business for your appointment almost an hour late, and then expect to be serviced while you leave, is not an option. You had an appointment that you called and said you would be 15 minutes late for, and then showed up 45 minutes late. We still did your install, and yes, my office worker incorrectly charged you, and then told you about the mistake, and promptly refunded the difference. So to say we overcharged intentionally, without also saying it was promptly corrected is ridiculous. No one refused to send your paperwork to the DMV. You were provided the packet from the interlock company, with the paperwork for YOU to sign and send in. That is not our responsibility. That is why you are given the pre-printed paperwork package, to take care of it. As far as your mother, if we were so rude to her, why was she asking for a quote to have work done on her personal vehicle, after your work had been completed? If we were so rude, why would she bother to ask? Seems to me like you need to work on your issues, before you start bashing a business that did everything we were supposed to do, even letting you know abut the incorrect charge, and correcting it, before you left. Needless to say, you and your business are not needed or welcomed at our shop in the future. Don't smile to someone's face, thanking them for dealing with your nonsense, as you're leaving, knowing that you left a review such as this, before you left. Next time, have the balls to stand up like a man if you felt you were so wronged....
Their unreliability cost me both time and money. I had an appointment for a Getaround Connect installation today, but after driving all the way down there they told me they couldn't do the work today and I needed to call back to reschedule. If they had called me before I drove out there, it'd be fine, but, as it is, I took time off work to go out there, and my car still won't be earning money for another few days, at least.
The unreliability you refer to is due me being out sick for a week with the flu, an unforeseen circumstance, and something out of my control. It's unfortunate that you choose to leave a one star review, without understanding the circumstances, but I hope you were able to survive the great inconvenience to your day and, and were able to get back on with your life with minimal psychological aftereffects. I had HID headlights converted to LED headlights and fog light assemblies replaced here.They work great. Customer service was top notch and Samson got the job done. Highly recommend.

5/5 stars , got a Apple car play device installed that I ordered online, $260. Went back again because I had no audio coming from Apple car play only the normal radio, Sean and Samson are the best, second time I took it back only took ten minutes to fix the issue. Totally recommend
