Jay's Audio was a pleasure to work with. As we all know it's hard or next to impossible to find good service with honest answers. Jay provided me with useful information on my stereo upgrade. I highly recommend Jay for your car stereo and backup camera installation needs. I was looking for a receiver with handsfree ability and a backup camera install and didn't want to take it to a 'who knows what you're gonna get' big box store. Jay is a pro at what he does, communications and work were excellent.

Jay installed a dash cam for me, front and rear, and I'm really pleased with what a great job he did. He was professional, explained the installation process, he completed the job right on time, stuck to the quoted cost and you'd never know that he popped off a bunch of panels to properly hide the wires. I will definitely use him for future av installations!
