Today I went in to the Denver location to get some warranty work done on my vehicle. My compustar alarm was malfunctioning and not working right. Immediately Bree said she will do today's work free an then proceeds to say "I know there is a lifetime warranty, but there becomes a time when we need to charge so any future warranty work I will have to charge you"...

They didn't have the - mountain kit for the vehicle. That I got, they told me they were going to put prices together but their system was down that they would call me back. So I left my name and number with them and never receive a phone call back or anything

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have thousands in your bank account. They like to add an upcharge on every small thing and other companies provide the package for one fee. After agreeing on a price, just expect a call later saying that the need to add an additional $600 for some that should have been included to the already ridiculous price...
