I went in and was out in maybe an hour. Quick, professional, and great customer service! I paid less than expected, and my system is amazing! To think they asked me if I wanted more speaker/ bass... Overall 10 out of 10 bc I'm a music lover and my music sounds so much better now! Thank you pacific sound🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I walked in there to get a new 10" kicker since mine had blown out. The guy I spoke to not only helped me make sure it fit, but also installed it for free and helped me configure the knobs on my amp so the new one would last longer. I got a new kicker and a spacing ring for $146 and was very happy about it since he was the one who wanted to help my setup last. The entire process lasted no more than 20 minutes too. Super cool guys, super cool store, super cool support. Go to these guys if you need help with your car's sound system.

Nice HONEST owner who installed my new radio/GPS in less than a half hour. Great price for quality work. You can't ask for much more!
This stereo shop is absolutely top notch! I was able to deal with the owner George and he was right up front with me and he made sure that I had correct expectations. He spoke to me with respect and I could tell he is really knows his stuff. The shop is well stocked and very, very clean and organized. Great service with a smile! Great job George!!!
Very expensive labor 240 dollars he said he charged that much because he knew what he was doing I had to go back my android auto was no working it wasca loose cable he's not that great 240. Dollars it took him half hour ridiculous prices for labor
So grateful for the work they did to fix the alarm system on our vehicle!! They got us in on short notice. George was a true professional. He cleaned out the rat's nest of useless wires, and very quickly. The wiring looks so much better now. Fantastic. We walked into the store to pay; it is very clean. They also sell speakers.
