Went in for my appointment that I made on their website. Friendly environment and eager to help, they asked what I needed done. I said I needed to install a new sony stereo, and install a back up camera in my 2007 Subaru Outback. Got it done same day WHICH IS AWESOME! Was exciting to get my car back and super simple and easy. I needed to hide the wiring I (poorly) installed when putting in my dash cam and decided to upgrade my audio system as well—my car is 11 years old and didn't originally come with a backup cam. Mark was incredibly helpful through the entire process. The installation was quick and clean and everything works great! Definitely recommend this place. It's so nice to have a big upgrade to my car.

Mark did an incredible job installing my new car stereo for my 2007 Honda Civic EX. He was also super friendly, explained what systems were available to me and how they worked and got job done in 2 hours once the parts were. Absolutely fantastic and timely service. After a car break in I decided I needed a Kill Switch/GPS Tracker/Upgraded car alarm so I could sleep at night. Elite audio got in me in their shop in less than a day during the busy holiday season, provided me a list of great options, explained the system in depth to me, and got the system installed in less than a day. Unlike a lot of car related business, I felt that these guys really cared about their clients, and want to help their customers understand the complex systems they are installing. Thank you so much for giving me the security I need for my vehicle, cannot recommend these guys enough!
