These guys are awesome with cost and quality! Before finding Car Tunes, I visited other shops that seemed to have the mentality to make a quick buck over making relationships. I'm glad I found this place. I definitely will be back and recommend that you check them out!

I initially spent 365 getting my subwoofer installed. While waiting they told me that one of my subs were not working properly and that they had a replacement ones for 250. I agreed and they resumed the installment. I left thinking I was all set and 30 minutes later my subwoofer box starts engulfing in smoke.i tried calling no one answered. I even turned around and went bck the same day just to find that they had closed 25 minutes before the said closing time on there store.I want a full refund. For me to spend close to 700 dollars I shouldn't have to deal with any of this
I wasn't greeted by the person behind the desk when i walked in….waited while people (not customers chatted) and was finally ask if I needed help.when i asked for the product i needed they laughed.then said,"id have to order that". No business that does not have a product that they claim to have and sell shouldn't find that funny.I definitely wouldn't think it was funny that a few thousand walked out the door.so save yourself the drive and order it like they will tell you anyway.no wonder its "cartunes" their service is a joke.
Respectfully sir you had requested a very specific item. Lithium batteries range drastically by voltage resting point and reserve. We order each battery to the specific fitment of the customers vehicle. We try our best to help the public learn which chemistry and size of lithium battery is right for them. With that being said we cannot keep very many lithium batteries if any in stock. They are vehicle specific.
Super easy to work with! Friendly and so helpful! I will forever use these guys! I am even "that customer" that changed her mind after the purchase and they didn't bat an eye to change to what I wanted. They are also fast and do an amazing job! Highly highly recommend!!!
I went there today because my factory radio went out, they were able to replace it same day. They were very personable and helpful I ended up getting a more expensive radio because the other one wasn't in stock. They offered to order it for me and everything and didn't try to upsell me at all. I chose to get the higher end radio due to my own impatience. Within an hour of arrival they had it hooked up and ready to go. *please understand this may not always be the case, but was my own personal experience. 6/21/24*

I made appointment to install a radio. Driving an hour upon arriving this guy was just completely rude having no idea of customer service. Guy came back few minutes later saying unit would not power up, that's $25.00. Got home told my little sister of issue. She went on you tube, hooked radio up in 20 minutes, it worked fine. Before going to this so-called business, I suggest you ask your little sister.
Mr. Yeiser, the reason my employee was rude is because you ignored the 4 signs on the gate about pulling through the gates, there are literally 4 signs posted about customers pulling their own vehicles through. We've had damage to vehicles this way and thats our policy, It was a factory radio swap to factory, my installer plugged it in and the new one wouldn't power up. He could have spent another hour messing with it and still not worked and charged our 85 minimum, we are very customer service focused and the fact he only charged you 25 instead of a minimum was done because we have a conscience and feel bad charging someone when something doesn't work properly.
